I’m going to spend some time with Product Design Online.

I’ve even gone back to all defaults in my preferences. It seems to me that when I first started playing with Fusion, the dimension would pop up as I’m editing, so I could see what I’m changing. Fusion 360 is a powerful online software available for free to anyone who is an innovator. When I go to edit, wanting to make one longer, I get no dimensions to see what I’m changing to. I do something as simple as draw 2 lines right angle to each other. Where mine is greyed out is when I select a line, right click and I can edit sketch, but the sketch dimension is greyed. Robert, I have that one checked for dimensions, but as soon as each sketch is completed, they disappear. I even uninstalled Fusion and reloaded it. I started watching Product Design Online videos and saw him doing dimensioning and editing with dimensions, and as I follow along, command after command, I can’t make the machine do them. I have a full blown desktop PC with 2 monitors.

It’s built for the modern designer, maker, or engineer, and best of all it works on PC, Mac, and mobile devices.

IMHO your not going to find a better product price point, period! Fusion 360 is the first 3D CAD, CAM, and CAE tool of its kind. I kind of hope some of you very talented people out there can find it in their beer or coffee money to pay and continue your work with the suite! Eye candy for me! I must say I seen some very impressive work done by people with that program suite! And the last couple years had me shaking my head and thinking, wow! Autodesk currently offers four Fusion 360 licenses: Personal Use (Hobbyist), Education, Startup, and Commerical. I really need to wait and see but I don't want to wait and find Oct 1st it goes back up in price What a PAIN!NOVEDGE still sells $297-1 year sub and an $801 3 year subscription. Does anyone know when the $297 price expires and the $495 goes back into play? I'm concerned the new version won't work well for me and I'll be stuck with $495. I was using F360 today and a popup appeared leading me to website to upgrade.
